3. AI-assisted validation
AXP administrators may use AI-assisted tools to help review submitted journal evidence.
This may involve processing information from a submission, such as its written description, supporting information and images, to provide guidance to a human reviewer.
AI-assisted validation is advisory only. It does not independently approve, reject, score or penalise an entry. Final decisions remain with authorised human reviewers.
4. How information is stored and processed
AXP uses third-party technology providers to operate the service. These currently include:
- Supabase, for application data storage, authentication and file storage;
- OpenAI, for AI-assisted validation features used in the administrative review process; and
- hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate AXP's administrative and supporting services.
These providers process information only as required to provide the relevant services.
Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the user's country of residence. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are used for the handling of personal information.

Information may be accessed by authorised AXP/SRI-2030 administrators and reviewers where required to operate the programme.
We may also disclose information:
- to service providers that operate AXP on our behalf;
- where required by law or a lawful authority;
- where necessary to protect the security of users or the platform; or
- where necessary to investigate fraud, misuse or a breach of applicable rules.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers or other third parties.
6. Public and community information
Information submitted to community areas of AXP may be visible to other authorised AXP users.
Users should avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in public posts or comments.
Journal entries, evidence, private profile information and saved plot information are not made public through the Notice Board unless a user separately chooses to publish relevant content there.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information handled through AXP, including authenticated access, access controls and secure service infrastructure.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their account credentials and notify us if they believe their account has been compromised.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the AXP programme, maintain user accounts and competition records, review and audit submissions, comply with legal or reporting requirements, and resolve disputes or security matters.
Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

10. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
