This page explains how to request deletion of your AXP account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your AXP account, email us from the email address associated with your AXP account.
Please include the email address used for your AXP account. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What will be deleted
Once a valid deletion request is confirmed, we will delete the AXP account and personal data associated with that account, including profile information and other account-linked information that is not required to be retained.
Information that may be retained
Some limited information may need to be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, audit or legitimate programme-record purposes. Where information must be retained, it will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for as long as required.
Processing time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and will confirm when the request has been completed or if additional information is required.
